We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Canadian orders ship at a flat rate of $15 USD.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Ally Lately is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
Refunds to original payment are available on full priced items only and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit only.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns may be sent to the return address listed on your original shipping label.
Refunds (if applicable) typically process within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.
